Terms & Conditions – 4-Day All-Inclusive Wales Retreat

Thank you for booking your place on our magical retreat! Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully, as they outline important details about your booking.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit  secures your place. This price is confirmed on your booking page

  • Full payment is due no later than [4–6 weeks] before the retreat start date.

  • Payment plans may be available on request.

2. What’s Included

  • 3 nights’ accommodation

  • All meals, snacks, and non-alcoholic drinks

  • All workshops, experiences, and materials

  • Support and facilitation by the retreat hosts

3. What’s Not Included

  • Travel to and from the retreat location (this however could be arranged – get in touch)

  • Personal expenses

  • Any special dietary need foods

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that life happens, and plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both you and us.

If you cancel:

  • More than 30 days before the retreat: We’ll refund everything you’ve paid except the deposit.

  • 15–30 days before the retreat: 50% refund of the total amount paid.

  • Less than 15 days before the retreat: No refund unless your space can be filled. If we can fill it, we’ll refund you minus the deposit.

If we cancel:
You’ll receive a full refund, including your deposit, or you can transfer your booking to a future retreat.

5. Health & Responsibility

  • You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being during the retreat.

  • Please inform us of any allergies, dietary needs, or relevant medical conditions at least 2 weeks in advance.

6. Respect & Community

  • This is a shared, respectful space. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave without refund if their behaviour disrupts the safety or peace of others.

  • Please be kind and open-hearted – magic flows best that way

7. Photography & Promotion

  • We may take photos during the retreat to share the spirit of our gatherings online.

  • If you’d prefer not to be photographed, just let us know at any time – we respect your privacy.

8. Liability

  • We do our best to create a safe and nourishing environment. However, we are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to you or your belongings during the retreat.

  • We recommend you have travel insurance just in case.
