Deposits, Cancellations & Refunds

Andalucian, Spain Retreat

Pricing for retreats includes workshops, teachers, accommodation, food and transport to and from the airport.


A £180 deposit of the total cost is required at the time of booking, securing your place on the retreat. Your deposit is the commitment to attending the retreat and we book out the accommodation and retreat space. The deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations & Refunds – If you cancel and paid the full amount, you can expect the following refund:

Cancellation 6 weeks before due arrival date, 50% refund

Cancellation less than 6 weeks before due arrival date, 25% refund

Cancellation 4 weeks or less before due arrival date 0% refund.

You agree to pay the balance due by the date requested by Magic Wizardry. If it is not paid, then we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and retain your deposit.

In the unlikely event that Magic Wizardry has to cancel the event, we will inform the customer as soon as possible, you will receive a full refund including your deposit.  We cannot take responsibility for any flights booked. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have all the relevant travel documentation and insurance on arrival at the airport.

Magic Wizardry does not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of personal possessions or valuables of the customer.
